I also love the fact that someone other than myself has picked up on the images. I always use fiverr and pay an illustrator 5 bucks for maybe 5 images to illustrate my blog posts. It not only gives a far more unique look – you know that people will subconsciously understand that the article they have just read is of higher quality than most.
I blog anonymously and chose to create a separate Facebook to host my fan page.  I still haven’t been able to successfully post directly from my blog to my fan page instead of the update ending up on my dummy Facebook persona (though I also haven’t tackled it lately), so I made the right choice for the moment.  Speaking of which, any tips on that?

I went to hostgator as per your instruction. Now I am confused as to whats the difference between “Register a new domain”and Ï already own this domain”? When I try to register myname.com in the register a new domain section it just says unavailable whereas its available in the I already own this domain section. So do I need to buy a new domain name separately before proceeding to hostgator or hosting and domain name come together? Ah I am really confused, please help!
If you don’t like any of the themes that are already installed you can easily choose from thousands of other free themes. To install a new theme, click on the “Appearance” tab on the left menu and then click “Add New”.
